How long does a asphalt paving project take?

Most residential projects are completed in one to two days. Commercial lots typically run three to five days depending on square footage, phasing and curing windows.

What time of year is best for this work in Michigan?

Late April through October gives us reliable ambient temperatures for proper compaction. We schedule year-round and advise honestly when a job should wait for spring.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. We measure on site, review base conditions and drainage, then send a written quote with materials, thickness and timeline spelled out.

How long before I can drive on it?

Foot traffic in 24 hours, vehicles typically after 48 to 72 hours. Avoid parking in one spot or turning tight wheels during the first month of curing.
